An excellent opportunity has arisen with a market-leading manufacturing company. The business is looking to bring an experienced Product Manager to support the commercial function, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to be based near the manufacturingprocess, and learn all aspects of a diverse product range. This role offers long-term technical development, with excellent investment into facilities and staff.

**Role Description**
- Energetic, results driven Product Manager with a track record of managing a technical manufactured product range
- Identify key issues affecting the product range, to then find & implement solutions
- Regularly communicate product information to customer fronting staff
- Monitor product group performance, be pro-active in identifying shortfalls
- Affective stakeholder management - must be experienced with dealing on the technical & commercial aspects of product ranges. Both existing and new.
- Create new and innovative marketing strategies that raise the awareness of the product range and the company brand
- Develop and implement growth plans for major target markets
- Identify and attain relevant product approvals that add value to products

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in a Product Manager role within a manufacturing context
- Strong track record of stakeholder management, effectively building relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience & desire to work in a role where travelling is required
- Must be customer focused, but with a strong technical background to interpret data and understand customers needs
- Happy with travel, initially across Europe. When not travelling being based a commutable distance from Plymouth.
