**Role: Complex Care Support Worker**

**Hourly Rate: £12.75 per hour**

**Shift Pattern**:Day Shift 9am - 7pm / Evening Shift 7pm - 8am (Mixture of days, waking nights and alternate weekends required)

**Contract Type**:Permanent with immediate start available.

**Location**:DN7, Doncaster

**Driver**: Full Driving Licence with access to car required

**The Role**:

- As a care support worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional specialised care. Including ventilation support, tracheostomy care, moving and handling, personal and pressure care.
- Handling, administering, and recording medication, delivering PEG feeds.
- Providing companionship and aiding with mobility around the home.
- Work alongside other health care professionals and families to provide inclusive care.
- Provide personal centred care that enhances the quality of life of each individual and record all information on our digital care planning system.
- A positive attitude and friendly nature are essential attributes for this role, as you will be providing meaningful, empowering support to enhance the persons quality of life.

- You will be matched with the person we support by taking personality, interests, and character into consideration with an introduction happening before your first shift.

**The Person**:

- You will be supporting a 24-year-old lady with Cerebral Palsy.
- The person enjoys karaoke, The Voice/X Factor, Bingo, Music and going to Concerts.
- Our goal is to find someone who can create a fun and enjoyable environment, ensuring that they are always happy and smiling.
- They are eagerly looking forward to meeting his new Care Support Worker and building a meaningful connection with someone who shares the same interests.
