**The job itself**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Contract and Quality Assurance Team for a Health and Review Liaison Officer. The Contract and Quality Assurance Team is a highly successful, rewarding, and fast paced environment which undertakes the contract monitoring and quality assurance of social care services contracted by the local authority. We are looking for someone with strong relationship skills, a keen eye for detail, who is comfortable with large data sets and has excellent IT skills, with particular reference to Excel, Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

Key Elements:

- Accurately record information on appropriate databases.
- Resolve issues with other members of Commissioning and Partnerships Directorate
- Provide general advice and guidance to council staff
- Consider ways to continually improve processes
- Work with Health & Review Liaison and Contract & Review Officers to check database input for accuracy on an ongoing basis
- Run reports when required for HRLO and Contract & Review Officers

You will:

- be a self-motivated and an enthusiastic individual
- have a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure
- be an experienced computer user (both Microsoft Office Packages and database systems)
- have the ability to analyse and manipulate large data sets
- have the ability to develop and maintain strong and positive working relationships
- have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- possess a practical and logical approach to problem solving
- be able to respond to high volumes of work and have a positive attitude to change
