**The job itself**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two full time, permanent Health & Review Liaison Officer’s to join the Contract and Quality Assurance Team.

The Contract and Quality Assurance Team is a highly successful, rewarding, and fast paced environment which undertakes the contract monitoring of independent adult social care services.

We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, who is comfortable with large data sets and has excellent IT skills, with particular reference to Excel, Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

Previous experience in the Health & Social Care Sector is **not** an essential criteria for this role.

**The Role**:
Key elements are:

- Analysing data base records in relation to Adult Social Care
- Producing accurate and timely information on adult social care activities for management and external partners
- Prepare for, undertake and follow up contract monitoring visits to Adult Social Care Services
- Produce standard format reports
- Contribution to the timely and accurate completion of returns and other internal and external reporting
- Establish and maintain relationships and develop and maintain effective operational working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

You will:

- be a self-motivated and an enthusiastic individual
- have a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure
- be an experienced computer user (both Microsoft Office Packages and database systems)
- have the ability to analyse and manipulate large data sets
- have the ability to develop and maintain strong and positive working relationships
- have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- possess a practical and logical approach to problem solving
- be able to respond to high volumes of work and have a positive attitude to change
- be able to travel to undertake site visits within the East Riding

The team currently utilises a blended working (home and office) approach with some degree of flexibility around start and finish times.
