**Harte Consulting** is working with an trusted and globally recognised property investment service provider and is currently seeking passionate and driven individuals to join the team as an **Sales Investment Consultant**. With offices in Hong Kong and Leeds, they specialise in sourcing attractive real estate investment opportunities for expat investors, delivering immediate returns and high yields through their strong relationships with developers and their expertise in the UK property market.

**The Offer**:

- £25k basic with uncapped Commission
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
- No weekends
- 20 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays, increasing 1 day a year with service

**The Role**:

- Achieve quarterly sales targets by closing property investment deals.
- Conduct daily calls to new leads and maintain regular contact with existing investors.
- Keep the company CRM system updated and accurate, following the company's processes.
- Stay up to date on the UK property market trends and the company's stock.
- Hold face-to-face meetings to present current investment opportunities.
- Seek collaboration partnerships to expand the company's client reach.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and maintain accurate records.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting their services professionally.
- Respond promptly to enquiries, provide information packs, and relay client requests.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing investors.
- Support sales functions during promotional events and shows.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence and engage clients.
- Effective planning and organising abilities to deliver work promptly and to a high standard.
- Self-driven and outcome-focused with high levels of resilience and adaptability.
- Team player with strong relationship-building skills at all levels.
- Proactive and self-motivated, capable of managing workload and priorities.
- Strong administration and filing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and take initiative.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Good understanding of the UK property market and industry trends.
