**The Role**:
The role will involve managing key accounts and being the main point of contact for those customers, taking orders and answering any queries.

**What you will be doing**:

- Managing Key Accounts and being the main point of contact for those customers, answering any queries
- Receiving and processing customer orders
- Resolving issues for orders already placed
- dealing with customers queries
- Liaising with Distributor Sales Managers in relation to prices, terms and lead times

**What you will need**:

- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent adminsitration skills
- Proficient in the MS Office suite
- Experience communicating with customers on a regular basis
- Experience of using CRM and/or SAP would be an advantage
- Experience working within electrical wholesaler or distributors would also be an advantage.
