You’ll be an integral member of the FI Partnership Team, owning day to day management of FI partners with responsibilities including commercial development, lead generation and sales distribution, marketing, proposition development, governance and the overallpartner bank engagement plan.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver on financial contribution commitments and business KPI’s.
- Have a deep understanding of your numbers, and use data to drive the decisions you make and inform / influence stakeholders.
- You will have full support of the FI Partner team and wider business to achieve your goals.
- Establish & maintain relationships within FI partners, with key decision-makers and stakeholders across a multitude of bank divisions and structures.
- Become a trusted advisor to FI Partners, across multiple business domains, by deeply learning their business and culture and aligning payment solutions and business operation to the needs of their clients.
- Virtual ownership of partner governance, financial reporting and KPI performance internally, externally and jointly with executives and stakeholders across the client and FI partners.
- Partner with different divisions in the organisation; sales, customer success, marketing, product, compliance, operations and the Executive team to drive internal focus and strategy endorsement for FI partnerships. B

- Understand and articulate the eCommerce, Digital & Card Present payment solutions
- 4+ years of payments, strategic partnerships / sales experience in the payment sector, working for an acquiring bank, PSP, ISO or related technology provider.
- You will have a Business Development mentality coupled with perseverance and drive, plus a real sense of ownership, to make things happen both internally and externally.
- Proven as a target oriented self-starter, with a high energy work ethic.
- Ability to engage and influence executives and stakeholders in large, complex, matrix organisations, and deliver results through internal and external virtual teams.
- Strong articulation of the market’s payment landscape, including trends, competition, growth areas, technologies, opportunities, and overall an in-depth knowledge of payment solutions.
- Proactive, energetic, tenacious, accountable and a passionate individual with the ability to go above and beyond, always striving for success.
- Strong influencing, negotiation and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
