An award-winning professional services firm is looking for a Senior Company Secretarial Assistant to join its London team. You'll be reporting to the Director, with responsibility for service delivery for some of the firm’s UK Corporates and Funds. You willbe accountable for company secretary and corporate governance support. You will be attending board, committee and shareholder meetings, and you will have the opportunity to file documentation in relation to regulatory compliance and statutory return, quarterlycorporate governance reporting and regulatory announcements and market abuse compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Knowledge of relevant legislations and ensuring all activities undertaken meet legislative requirements
- Drafting board papers, assembling board packs and ensuring they are distributed to clients
- Responsible for various aspects of our service offering, including developing client relationships, undertaking office administration including billing and project work, as appropriate
- Ensuring decisions made or action points agreed are communicated to the relevant parties and completed within timescales set and agreed
- Sustaining accurate and up to date records of client entities, ensuring all statutory obligations are complied with
**Key Skills**:
- Degree 2:1 or equivalent
- Part or Qualified company secretary with relevant experience - listed and/or professional/financial services experience preferred
