**Head of People - Star Pubs & Bars and Support Functions**

**Salary**:c£85,000 base, depending on experience.

Right now, we’re looking for a Head of People - Star Pubs & Bars and Support Functions to join our People Function.

**About the role**
Reporting directly to the People Director for HEINEKEN UK, this a key role within the People Leadership Team, this Head of People role is varied and pivotal. You’ll work alongside five members of the UK Management Team (UKMT), supporting our Star Pubs & Bars function and the Support Functions, comprising of six different business areas (Finance, Digital & Technology, People, Legal, Procurement & Corporate Affairs)

You’ll be a trusted advisor, providing strong counsel to your key stakeholders - supporting to shape their functional strategies to include a clear focus on unlocking the full potential of their people through rigorous implementation of the five people strategic ambitions (Strengthen our Winning Culture, Unleash Talent, Organisational Capabilities, Safety & Wellbeing, Social Sustainability and Rewards) to deliver key business priorities.

You’ll directly lead a team of talented People Partners, responsible for delivering ‘best in class’ solutions to drive the talent, development and organisation development agenda across the Star Pubs & Bars and Support Functions business areas. As a People Manager your role will be to motivate, inspire, support and encourage your team, and to keep them aware of and focused on the key levers that will drive a winning culture.

You’ll be able to adapt your approach to build strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders at UKMT level, with a key objective to ensure your stakeholders have a robust understanding of the HEINEKEN HR Operating Model. You’ll also play a key role in encouraging a top-down focus for all People Managers across your business areas to consider our DE&I vision and make bold decisions on Talent.

**Who we’re looking for**
For this role we’re looking for someone who is a dynamic, innovative senior People Partner and People Manager, who has a strong track record of transformational leadership and driving change across multiple business areas.

You’ll be a confident, authentic communicator who is brave in their actions and commercial in their approach. You’ll be able to demonstrate critical thinking to ensure accuracy, identify and execute opportunities for improvement, as well as understanding the business implications of decisions and processes.

As an experienced supportive leader, you’ll empower, develop, and motivate a team of People Partners. In addition, you’ll be able to demonstrate your experience across the following:

- Impactful HR Business Partnering covering a breadth of activities and executing best-in-class HR practices and policies, ideally across several functions.
- Consistent cross-functional collaboration and alignment at an Operating Company, Regional and Global level with a track record of using data to shape insights leading to clear actions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organisation including ability to influence and challenge, shaping the People Plan of the functions.
- Experience in shaping and implementing change programmes and proven experience to form teams.
