**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and recipes provided
- Ensure food preparation meets food safety standards and regulations
- Operate kitchen equipment effectively and safely
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
- Assist in stock management and inventory control ( Food Orders)

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Understanding of kitchen operations and equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Relevant culinary qualifications are desirable

Be willing to cover annual leave and sickness in the kitchen and the community hot meal delivery service.

**Salary**

Salary and working hours to be discussed

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
