**CORPORATE TREASURY**
We're a team of specialists charged with managing the firm's funding, liquidity, capital and relationships with creditors and regulators. Corporate Treasury manages the firm's financial resources and minimizes interest expense through liability planning, assetliability management, and liquidity portfolio yield enhancement. The division is ideal for collaborative individuals who have strong quantitative analysis skills and risk management capabilities since Treasury actively manages the firm's financial resourceswhich are constantly changing due to business activity, markets, risk appetite, regulations and other factors.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Key liaison on matters relating to the EMEA Regulator engagement and deliverables for the Corporate Treasury Division, including:

- Communicating Corporate Treasury's key agenda to regulators and other stakeholders
- Establish and maintain relationships with regulators and cross divisional stakeholders
- Leading and coordinating the review and update of key Corporate Treasury policies, including Contingency Funding Plans
- Working with broader divisions to facilitate the input to cross-divisional regulatory deliverables on behalf of Corporate Treasury, including contributing to Recovery and Resolution Planning and the Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP)
- Coordinating frequent regulator meetings, including preparing materials and talking points as needed
- Manage meeting and presenter logistics in connection with regulatory meetings
- Presenting to Committees and Boards on key regulatory and risk related initiatives and policies
- Participate in agenda-setting discussions for EMEA Asset and Liability Committees, with Corporate Treasury Management
- Monitoring, reacting and responding to new regulatory guidance, that impacts Corporate Treasury
- Assist in other regulatory and risk related matters as needed, including briefing material, talking points, material preparation, etc.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong project management skills
- Highly organized, attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and effectively prioritize tasks
- Resourceful, self-starter, with strong analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Able to take initiative on unstructured assignments
- Experience in managing junior team members
- Collaborative, team based individual
