Be part of a team where your expertise and ideas truly matter.As an Associate in the EMEA Markets Treasury team you will help manage and optimize the financial resources of our Markets business. You will partner with trading desks and stakeholders to drive business results and ensure the effective use of balance sheet capital liquidity and this role you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise build strong relationships and contribute to our data and analytics agenda. Together we will deliver impactful solutions and support the growth of our business.Job ResponsibilitiesServe as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on financial resource topicsBuild and maintain relationships with trading desks to understand business needsand understand drivers of financial resource consumption.Partner with trading desks to optimize financial resource usageAnalyze trading desk profitability using key financial metricsAsses the impact of regulatory changes to the business and support advocacy effortsUnderstand the competitive landscape across the EMEA region and binding financial resource constraints for other peer banks.Provide treasury guidance on financial infrastructure offerings which have a strong financial resource impact such as clearing collateral management and liquidity management.Collaborate with Treasury Data & Analytics technology and quant teamsDevelop and enhance tools and analytics to support business objectivesCommunicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholdersPrioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentRequired Qualifications Capabilities and SkillsBachelors degree in a quantitative fieldFew years of related industry experience in Treasury Trading or Financial Resource ManagementUnderstanding of financial resource topics such as Basel III RWA GSIB liquidity leverage and regulatory marginKnowledge of financial products including financing cash and derivative transactionsExperience working with large data sets and analyzing outputs to identify trendsExperience with Python SQL Tableau AWS Databricks or AI toolsStrong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and writtenAbility to interact effectively with business management and control functionsOrganized self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work under pressurePreferred Qualifications Capabilities and SkillsFamiliarity with US bank capital rulesDemonstrated ability to drive process improvementsExperience collaborating with technology and analytics teamsRequired Experience:IC Key Skills CCTV,Airport Security,Analysis,Higher Education,Jewellery,Jboss Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Finance Experience: years Vacancy: 1
