Butler Rose are pleased to be working with a leading organisation who are currently looking to add to their team with the appointment of a billing and collections specialist.
Based in North London, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales ledger and credit control for the group.
Key responsibilities will include:
Maintenance of the sales ledger and credit control function making recommendations for improvement in efficiency and controls
Set up and maintain an effective billing timetable for all sales activities
Be responsible for all invoicing
Contribute to income budget setting / forecasting
Lead on monthly and periodic reviews of the sales ledger.
Act as lead for internal and external audit
Supervision of one team member
Daily review of bank statements
Transfer and allocation of cash between where necessary.
You will have previous experience in a billings and collections role as well as experience in managing and motivating staff.
