Our client is a successful, friendly and fast-growing SaaS company based in the heart of Bristol. They are looking for a new Bids & Sales Executive to join the team and team and help manage high demand.
Responsibilities include:
Reviewing tender alerts received, ensuring team are aware of relevant alerts and tender clarifications
Reviewing sales enquiries received, replying with first-level response
Ensuring tender portal details are up to date & align with details on secure password site
Assisting the bid manager in preparing and submitting high quality EOIs, RFIs, PQQs, and full tender responses
Working with the Sales team
Knowledge of public sector procurement
Experience of working in bids or sales teams
Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet packages such as MS Office/Excel, Google Docs/ Sheets, etc.
Confidence in working to deadlines & managing tight timeframes as well as the ability to coordinate multiple bids at one time
Experience of document design
Experience of data analysis and creation of internal pipeline reports
Responsible, proactive, dedicated and delivery-focused
Building relationships with senior stakeholders and work effectively with them to collaborate on bids and sales.
Educated to degree level
