**HR and Recruitment Administrator**

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join the team in our busy Blairgowrie Head Office.

Graham Pest Control is Scotland’s largest independent pest control firm. We are a family run business and believe in a Responsive, Professional, Passionate and Caring approach when dealing with our valued customers.

This is a fulltime position (40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm) and involves carrying out all tasks involved in Recruitment and HR for the company, taking responsibility for the recruitment, induction and development of staff.

The key areas of this role include:
**Recruitment**:

- Advertise all vacancies on a variety of platforms to ensure the widest reach
- Assume responsibility for pre-interview screening
- Organise interviews and carry out all selection-process admin
- Onboarding New Starts: Send job offers confirming start dates, salary and conditions
- Process new start paperwork to get them set up on our system
- Contact references
- Create contract of employment and employee handbook
- Order business cards
- Calculate apportioned holiday entitlement

**Inductions**:

- Organise day one induction, including travel
- Arrange other managers to be present, as appropriate
- Go over contract and employee handbook with new start and sign on the day
- People engagement: Align resources to business strategies and growth plans
- Liaise with the Managers to ensure all their resource needs are met
- Attend recruitment drives and work with education establishments with regard to developing young people
- Conduct industry research to ensure we are a competitive and attractive employer
- Investigate employee reward and benefit options and advise senior management
- Analyse staff retention and employee engagement
- Help in the organisation of company and social events

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
