The quality control manager is ensure the on-site test laboratory performs to the correct level, achieving compliance criteria for raw materials & finished goods.

The individual will be responsible managing a small team, you will help set & enforce standards to produce product of the right quality meeting relevant regularity & customer expectations.

In this position, the individual will also need to be detail oriented and be able to keep excellent records.As a driver of continuous improvement; the individual must also possess excellent communication skills with both team members and other company departments.

Managing the QC lab to ensure compliance achieved.

Inspection and testing of raw materials & finished goods.

Sample manufacturing & testing concrete.

Quality checks on manufactured goods, throughout the manufacturing process.

Ensuring strict safety / quality standards adhered to.

Inputting test data and evaluating results for conformity.

Working with the technical team to improve processes and complete project works

Maintaining test equipment & lab to a high standard, ensuring calibrations and legislative checks completed.

Investigations & reports for any non-conforming goods.

Drive continuous improvement and communicate importance of quality to team members and other company departments.
