Airco Development are a successful ventilation company where we design, manufacture and install kitchen extract and fresh air input systems in commercial properties throughout Scotland (mainly central belt) and occasionally other parts of the UK, We also install PVC cladding, flooring SVS Ceilings, stainless steel fabrications and Canopy fire suppression systems.

Depending on where the jobs are located it may involve staying away for a short period.

We are currently looking to hire an experienced vinyl floor layer to join our team on a permanent role with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. The successful applicant will also be involved in the installation of PVC wall Cladding where training will be provided

The role:
Your role will include the following duties:

- Preparation of sub floors and laying sub flooring where necessary;
- Installation of vinyl flooring mainly Altro Walkway/Stronghold, including capping and coving and welding.
- The role will also include the installation of PVC wall cladding which we will provided full training for.

**The following are essential**:

- Hold a valid CSCS card.
- Commercial Floor Laying Experience
- High level of Health & Safety awareness.
- Valid clean UK driving licence (a vehicle will be provided).
