Bar Supervisor

**Job Overview**

We're looking for someone to work with and support our management through having previous experience in similar roles. So if that's you and you know your way around an EPOS system and ResDiary, know bar management both behind it and in the cellar, and you're capable of leading a small team. (oh and most importantly you communicate well with others, and maybe over communicate at times).

- Every Monday & Tuesday off - and we try not to work crazy 45+ hour weeks

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth service within the team.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between FOH and kitchen.
- Monitor guest feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with management to develop and improve service efficiency and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing team performance to optimise productivity.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in team management within a hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Experience in bar and cellar management - including serving.
- Experience of ResDiary / EPOS system - preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,880.00-£27,000.00 per year
