**Hotel Housekeeping** Supervisor**

**Purpose of the Role**

To support all of us here at Langdale in delivering exceptional guest service. The service you deliver will result in whether a guest returns to Langdale.

Done these things before? Great If not but you like the sound of it, no problem. We have a thorough training programme and if you have the right attitude, a desire to learn and a genuine smile, we can teach you the rest.

**A few ‘need to knows’**
- Interview could be virtual or on site.
- All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
- Paid transport can be offered via mini bus to / from the hotel but this is not a contractual benefit

Our Housekeeping Team have an inventory many people dream of to help them create the memories our guests come to us for.

**Role Requirements**
- To support the Housekeeping Manager with relevant training and development activities for staff within the department.
- Assist with supervision of day to day running of the department, checking rooms are to a high standard and to work to achieve a positive team spirit both within the housekeeping team and the rest of the Estate.
- To support with the cleaning when needed
- Deal quickly, politely, and efficiently with any guest queries, requests, or complaints, to achieve maximum satisfaction.
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager with any administrative day to day work as required.
- Maintain excellent customer and other department relations.
- To delegate and ensure all staff members are fulfilling their duties, in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager, ensuring that the daily and weekly duties are performed to a high standard.
- Ability to supervise the Hotel Housekeeping team
