Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate people who share our love of baking. As an Artisan Baker at Otis & Belle, you will be responsible for creating fantastic sourdough & viennoiserie amongst other baked delicacies. If you have a love for baking, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating delicious produce, we want to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Production of Sourdough, Viennoiserie & Patisserie
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all food items meets our high standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff

**Experience**:

- Experience preferred, but full training given
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £12.50-£14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
