We are looking for a **Senior Baker **to join our Bakery team based at our Cotswolds Head Office, near Moreton-In-Marsh
**Full-Time permanent **contract based on 40 hours per week (5x8) **The salary is £14.00 per hour.**
THE SENIOR BAKER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTRIBUTING TO THE PRODUCTION OF DAYLESFORD ORGANIC BAKERY’S AWARD-WINNING ARTISAN BREAD AND PASTRIES, WHILST DEPUTISING IN THE ASSISTANT BAKERY MANAGER’S ABSENCE.

**YOUR DUTIES**:
Reports to: Bakery Manager
FOOD
- To oversee the execution of all baked products as per company specifications
- To ensure that all Bakery preparation is completed in a timely and professional manner
- To adhere to the organic standards as set out by the Soil Association
- To contribute to the award-winning standard of all Daylesford Organic products
- To propose and develop new products to deliver exciting innovation to our consumers
OPERATIONS
- To deputise in the Assistant Bakery Manager’s absence
- To prepare, weigh and measure all ingredients ready for production
- To ensure that all food production duties are carried out with care and diligence to guarantee the production of a consistently high standard of product, along with mínimal levels of wastage
- To ensure that the Bakery ism are following the correct due diligence and traceability procedures
- To ensure that the team’s tasks are completed efficiently within the timeframe given
NUMBERS
- Working safely and efficiently to ensure that all daily orders are completed above the required fulfillment rate
- To minimise wastage levels as much as possible
- To comply with the production unit’s internal audit requirements
- To aid the Bakery Manager in the fulfillment of the production unit’s annual financial/budgetary targets
