**About us**

Bond International has specialised in wholesale tyres for 50 years. We are recruiting for our Tamworth Depot, we have another six tyre distribution centres are located in Bracknell, Chepstow, Biggleswade, St Helens Pocklington and Bathgate. We have grown and maintained our position as one of the UK's leading tyre wholesalers. Last year we supplied nearly 2.5 million tyres to the trade.

**Job Summary**:

- Primarily responsible for accurate and efficient handling of tyres in and out of the warehouse

**Working Hours**:
1.AM Shift
- Monday - Friday 05:00 - 14:30 (PAY RATE £11.75 Per hour)
2. MID Shift - Monday-Thursday 05:00 - 14:30 & Friday 10:00 - 22:00 (PAY RATE £11.75 Per hour)
3. PM Shift Sunday-Thursday 16:30-03:00 (PAY RATE £12.75 Per hour)

**Pay**:

- Between 11.75-£12.75 per hour depending on choice of shift.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Unloading and accurately locating tyres in the warehouse from deliveries received
- Accurate picking of tyres per those listed on the picking sheets, checking IPC codes where applicable to ensure accuracy
- Working at heights using machinery when fully trained (this can be up to 8 meters high)
- Working at a level of efficiency required by the company as instructed by your supervisor
- Loading vans carefully and accurately per the packing sheets
- Performing stock checks to ensure stock accuracy
- Respectfully and safely using warehouse machinery where, and only if, you are authorised to do
- Adhering to company health and safety policies at all times
- Respecting, helping and encouraging your work colleagues
- Communicating shortages and stock discrepancies efficiently
- Keeping the warehouse and tyres in a clean and tidy state
- On rare occasions, and if you have the relevant licence, you may be required to do deliveries to customer and you will perform this willingly
- Ensuring you wear the correct personal protective equipment provided by the company at all times
- You will ensure you arrive promptly for the start of your shift and that you are dressed appropriately for warehouse work

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience is advantageous but full training will be given

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (required)
- Tyre industry: 1 year (preferred)
