A successful and established services business based in Harrogate and working with clients across Yorkshire, our partner is now looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to their growing team.
Working with the M.D. and aiming to provide a top-end service to your clients, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the workforce, ensuring all clients receive the service they expect
- Working closely with the Finance Manager to make sure all clients are invoiced correctly and on time.
- Running the back office and managing a small Admin team so that the company runs as smoothly as possible.
As the right person, you are a strong character and are used to working with difficult or demanding clients. You are not afraid to say no, but are patient and understanding; you are hardworking, computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, PowerPointand Excel. You also enjoy a fast-paced working environment and like a job where no 2 days are the same
This role can either be full or part-time. On-the-job training will be provided, and there is free parking at the office.
