We are seeking a skilled and dedicated **Production Welders**to join our team in **Alcester, Warwickshire (B49)**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a welder in a production environment
- Welding various thickness of mild steel (1mm-15mm)
- Proficiency in MIG & TIG, welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good communication and teamwork skills

**Day Shift**: Starting Rate £14.32 per hour, Mon-Thursday 06:00-15:00 and 06:00-11:00 on Friday.

**Immediate starts available, however a successful weld test will be required prior to starting the assignment.**

Pay: From £14.32 per hour
