**TIG Welder Fabricator**
**Permanent Position**Day shift (£15.67 per hour)**39 hours per week: Mon - Thurs 07.30 - 16.30 and Friday 07.30 - 12.30.**
**Alcester**
**TIG Welder Fabricator**
- Manual TIG Welding and fabrications of components to company and customer specification.
- Read and understand welding symbols as detailed on WPS and Engineering Drawings
- Set up machines with the required work holding and tooling in accordance with the relevant procedures
- Complete operations efficiently in accordance with Job Card instructions to achieve the required outputlevels
- Read and understand all manufacturing instructions prior to commencing an operation, this includes Machine and Tooling Set Up Packs as required, Engineering Drawings, Data Cards, Inspection Plans etc
- Carry out in process inspection in accordance with requirements to ensure that components are conforming prior to passing on to subsequent operations
- Ensure that components identified as non-conforming during in process inspection are identified and communicated in accordance with the Non-Conformance Procedures

**TIG Welder Fabricator**
**Essential Experience/ Skills/ Qualifications**:

- Strong TIG Welding experience
- Experience working with a number of materials including: Nickel, stainless steel, aluminium, Inconel
- Understanding of and safe use of air tools and hand tools.
- Ability to correctly set components to casting to suit customer specifications

**TIG Welder Fabricator**
**Desirable Experience/ Skills/ Qualifications**:

- Previous experience welding turbines/aerospace components
