We are currently recruiting for a Lead Health & Social Care Teacher / Head of Department to join a large secondary school in East Birmingham. Job role:

- To raise standards of student attainment and progress within Health & Social Care
- Developing and enhancing teaching practices of others
- Performance management of a small team of teaching and support staff
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Faculty Development Plan and be accountable for impact in specific areas
- Ensuring that curriculum development is ongoing and takes account of local and national agendas
