Flexsource NI part of Cpl jobs, are delighted to be recruiting for a permanent Administrative Support person for our client a leading financial institution.
This role will involve working in a Mortgage Support Services Team, who assist customers, mortgage brokers and solicitors with queries regarding the management of mortgage accounts. The work includes dealing with queries from solicitors, brokers and customers, preparation of mortgage accounts to release funds to solicitors, instructing valuers, amendments to current mortgage accounts through our core mortgage system, safekeeping of Title Deeds and various mortgage administration tasks.
Duties to include maintenance of mortgage records, mortgage completions, preparation of mortgage accounts.
**Essential Criteria**
Minimum of 6 GCSE’s Grade A-C including Maths and English
**Essential Criteria.**
IT Literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
**Remuneration Package**
Competitive salary + Bonus, Life Insurance, Health cash plan, 20% Pension, 37 days holidays per year, Holiday purchase scheme, excellent training and progression opportunities.
Hybrid Working Model 3 at home 2 in office or vice versa after training is completed.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm 1 hour lunch. 35 hours per week.
