We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile utilities clients. They are currently looking for a Communications Lead to join them for an initial 6 month contract, however, with the possibility for extension.
Purpose of the Role:
To develop an effective communications strategy and plan for the Portfolio (internally and externally). Ensures all communications activities required are delivered to a high standard in a timely manner. To support the appropriate engagement of customers inthe development and implementation processes.
Key Accountabilities:

- Create and gain approval for portfolio communications strategy.
- Works with Product Managers and Product Owner to develop messages and attend appropriate forums.
- Develop communications and stakeholder plans
- Liaison with Xoserve and Correla comms leads.
- Management of clear and consistent external distribution lists
- Engage with customers to ensure appropriate contribution to the programme and to aid readiness for change
- Develop high quality communications materials for internal and external stakeholder audiences - i.e. JO, Shippers/Traders/DNOs/TSOs, TxWG, Ofgem, GTIC, GSO management team.
- Give effective presentations on behalf of the portfolio and specific programme as appropriate
- Support the Business Change Lead by providing communications products associated with implementation releases
- Develops strategy and plan for engaging GNCC shift teams through approved channels.
- Coordinate the communication of implementation cut over in a timely manner, particularly focussing on GNCC requirements for communications.
- Works with Training Lead to develop training materials, messages and training plans.
- Provide Management Information service as required by Portfolio Director, Product manager and Product Owner.

- Gas Industry - Understanding of participants in the gas regimes - shippers, DNOs, TSOs, Ofgem

Qualifications:

- Project management certification; Prince 2, MSP, SAFe Agile (desirable)

**Location**:
This is a hybrid working role, with requirement to work in the Warwick office 2 days a week
Working hours:
Standard working hours with some flex where required.
