We have vacancies for dedicated Support Workers to join our team at our newly constructed one-bed Learning Disability unit service in Brooklands Care Home, Kilkeel. The service will be supporting residents with Learning Disabilities and complex needs within their own self-contained apartment to live a full and valued life. Our ethos is simple...."we take the time because it's the little things that matter”. **About The Role** Key responsibilities: - As a Support Worker, you will work with our residents to help them live life to the full - Support the team to provide the highest quality, person-centred care and adhere to the PBS Plan. - Assist resident with daily living activities and personal care whilst promoting independence, respect and dignity. - Support resident’s physical and emotional wellbeing. - Promote best practice in relation to health & safety, confidentiality and security.
