Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a passionate and experienced and qualified early years educator to join our dedicated team.
Our early years centre supports children in an environment where they are engaged, motivated, independent thinkers, who have a positive attitude to learning. The centre is a short walk from the train station, meaning it is easily accessible to all drivers and non drivers.
How will you use your skills and experience?
You will be working as part of an established team who are responsible for ensuring the effective day to day running of the setting. The role will be a mixture of working in our baby room and our pre-school room for 30 hours per week. A combination of 3 full days. 8am-6pm or half days 8am-1pm or 12pm-6pm or 1pm-6pm.
Duties will include:
Providing a happy, healthy and caring environment for children to explore, develop and grow.
Providing innovating activities and constantly challenging your children’s learning and development.
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with parents and carers.
Work in a team promoting child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are upheld.

This Nursery is part of The Early Years Group of nurseries, you will work as part of a dedicated team to provide a caring and educational environment for all of our children with a warm and welcoming family atmosphere for staff, parents, carers and visitors. Our small group has 4 nurseries and we pride ourselves in having a very family feel to our teams.
This role is suited to a Level 3 or equivalent early years professional, someone looking for a new start in a long term career us.
