We are seeking experienced **Private Bankers** for our client's offices in **London** and **Zurich**. This is an exciting opportunity for dynamic professionals with a proven track record in wealth management and private banking to join our prestigious financial institution.

**Key Requirements**:

- **5-10 years** of experience in **private banking** or **wealth management**.
- Proven ability to manage a **client portfolio** with a minimum value of **$150M USD**.
- Expertise in serving **HNW (High Net Worth)**, **UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth)**, and **family office clients**.
- **London-based applicants** only for the London office.
- Strong history of **job longevity** in prior roles.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- **Base salary**: Open/negotiable (typically starting at **£100k GBP** per year).
- **Bonus structure**: Up to **45%** of revenue generated.
- **Ongoing headcount**: We are continually seeking **talented hunters** who can grow and develop client relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £100,000.00-£250,000.00 per year
