**Health, Safety and Food Safety Advisor (Hospitality)
London | £40,000 + Benefits**

Irwin and Colton have exclusively partnered with KERB Food, to recruit a new Health Safety and Food Safety Advisor. As an organisation, they are rapidly growing and creating an impact within the hospitality industry. They have partnered with numerous organisationswithin the UK, providing them with the best catering services for both public and private events. This role will report into the Head of Health and Safety and is a varied role in a dynamic, fast paced environment, focusing across food safety and general healthand safety.

Responsibilities of the**Health, Safety and Food Safety Advisor** will include:

- Supporting on the development and maintenance of health, safety and food safety strategy, policies, and procedures
- Providing on-site health, safety and food safety support and advice during events, and carry out audits and inspections for new and existing members of KERB Food
- Co-ordinate and communicate health, safety and food safety activities and training across the business for colleagues at all levels
- Continually looking for opportunities to improve performance across health, safety, and food safety and creating new and innovative ideas

The successful**Health, Safety and Food Safety Advisor** will have:

- NEBOSH Certificate/equivalent qualification and Food Safety Level 3/4 qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role across both food safety and health & safety, experience within the hospitality industry is ideal
- Experience operating in fast paced, multi-site environments and prioritising effectively
- Exceptional communications skills with experience of influencing and engaging effectively across a wide range of stakeholders
