**Salary**: £21,320
**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 17:00
**Type**:Full time, permanent

**What a day in your role would look like**:
- Resolve enquiries, look to answer, and solve customers' questions
- Keep customers informed and updated when they have made a complaint
- Picking small items, packaging and eventually arranging postal
- Organise site visits
- Have devotion to support the company and your team members
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisation skills
- Excellent customer service experience and a professional telephone manner
- Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
