**Production Operator**

**Panama Shift Pattern - **12hr Days & Nights (2 on - 3 off, 3 on - 2 off)

Salary £32k
- £33K P/A plus £1000 signing on bonus

**Key Tasks**:
1. Ensuring that the Health & Safety of yourself and colleagues is always maintained by following Safe Systems of Work, training and wearing of correct PPE as required.

2. Operation of plant equipment to optimum levels of performance to deliver the intake schedule.

3. Operation of plant and equipment to transfer grain between intake stages up to Pre-steeps

4. Work closely with the engineering department to report faults and to minimise production lost time and mean time to repair. Utilise CMMS system for reporting of safety concerns, machine faults and improvement ideas,

5. Run the Dryer and take regular samples of grain and take necessary actions as required to maintain product quality.

6. Maintain intake areas to required level of hygiene standards. Carry out day to day cleaning duties associated with the role such as sweeping and pressure washing.

7. Work as part of a team to support the day to day running of the Intake department.

8. Perform consistently and efficiently to ensure you and the intake team on Safety, Quality and Delivery objectives.
