We currently have a vacancy within our finance department.

We are looking for a Credit Control Administrator to provide financial and administrative support within the Finance Department. The Credit Control Administrator will play an active part in ensuring the system of financial control is maintained to the highest standards.

**What you will get up to day to day**
- Raising invoices, proformas and credit notes.
- Assist in monitoring aged debt with the aim of minimising overdue debt.
- Processing and allocating receipts received via BACS and cheque.
**We are looking for someone who**
- Has experience in a finance department with an understanding of Sales Ledger.
- Has a high level of attention to detail and a logical and methodical approach to tasks.
- Can provide prompt dispute and query resolution whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service.

**Some of the key responsibilities**
- Process a high volume of sales invoices.
- Assist with the reporting of sales invoice volumes and aged debt balances.
- Responsible for investigating, correcting, and allocating unallocated credits and payments.
- Working with the credit control team to investigate aged balances to achieve resolution.
- Adhering to and assisting in the maintenance and development of internal financial controls.
- Playing an active role in the general development of the finance function systems and procedures and to always seek continuous improvement of systems and processes.
