Axon Moore are looking for an interim Commercial Financial Controller to work with a PE backed Manufacturing business based in Flintshire.
As interim Commercial Financial Controller, you will work closely with the Finance team on a business improvement project, enabling them to convert methodology to drive business improvement.
The role would initially be proactively targeting improvements in working capital, stock etc and being the driving force with the operations team.
The individual would need to get stuck into challenging current practices around production planning and working on analysing and improving margin by product and customer etc.
Setting up reports to automate analysis and giving the operational team the tools they need to drive business performance.
Person Specification:

- We are looking for a proactive, change orientated person who is savvy, has gravitas and is technically competent.
- You must be a Qualified Accountant.
- Manufacturing experience is highly advantageous but not essential.
They offer a hybrid working environment, although there will be certain days you need to be in the office to attend meetings etc.
