We are looking for a good all-rounder who is dynamic, articulate, and confident reporting to the Export Manager to step into this role. As part of the admin and export team this is a pivotal role between Production, Sales and Customer. The right person will be highly motivated, have a keen eye for detail and confident with coordinating and liaising between departments as well as providing general office management.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- This is not an exhaustive list of duties but gives an outline of the role and responsibilities of this position._

**Main Duties**
- Reception duties including answering incoming calls, meeting and greeting visitors, management of post.
- Office Management including ordering of stationery, workwear, supervision of cleaner.
- Credit checks on new customers and updating relevant information on X3.
- Health and safety duties.
- General admin duties.
- Stock service orders and retail invoicing.
- Inputting, despatch and invoicing.
- Assisting with export invoices - holiday cover.
- Pro Forma invoicing.
- Organising UPS collections.
- Uploading invoicing to Invoice Financiers online system.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Good general education.
- Proven track record of delivering great customer service and administration skills.
- Confident.
- Excellent Time Keeping and Diary Management.
- You will have worked in a similar role ideally.
- Good attention to detail.
