**Job role**:
As the Advice Centre Team Leader, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our Campus Reception and Advice Centre at Bracknell and Wokingham College.

You will supervise and develop the Reception, Advice Centre and Student Crew staff, ensuring that they meet the Activate Learning service standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience that raises the reputation of Activate Learning and sets it apart from other providers.

The post holder may be required to work across all sites flexibly, but will be predominantly based at our Bracknell Campus.

You will be highly motivated individual with experience of managing and leading a team in a customer-facing role. With a strong track record of high performance in an advice and admissions or customer service team, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complaints professionally, motivate your team and build good relationships with faculty and group service departments.
