**Job description**

As a Team Leader - Customer Care, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the used car sales operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from vehicle sourcing to final handover. This includes managing auction purchases, sourcing vehicles from various channels, handling trade valuations, online listings, and enhancing the overall showroom experience. You will lead a team of customer service and crew members, providing them with guidance, training, and support to deliver outstanding service and aftercare. Additionally, you will be tasked with resolving customer escalations, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of the garage. Your leadership will be key in fostering a positive, customer-focused work environment while driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

**Entry Requirement**:
**Job Responsibilities include**:

- To run the shift and lead the customer service team
- To coordinate and ensue the smooth running of business
- To discuss customer responses with business support manager with a view to improving the service provided;
- To plan and co-ordinate the operations of help and advisory services to provide support for customers
- To provide guidance, support and mentoring to the customer service team to ensure excellent service delivery.
- To ensure that all products are properly organized and all customers are viewing the cars with getting high attention and priority.
- To enlighten our prospective Customers about the products.
- To ensure the after sales service and follow up each sales
- To note down and sort all complains including after sales complains
- To contact with the other team members to sort out any customer query.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: £38,700.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wokingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
