**£38-40K + Bonus**

A leading worldwide manufacturer of mechanical and electronic products are looking for a **Marketing Executive** who will assist in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy to drive more relevant traffic to their website and more direct enquiries to the sales team.

Ideally at the beginning it would 100% in the office but after a few weeks it could move to hybrid (2 to 3 days in the office) if that is required.

**Responsibilities of the Marketing Executive**:

- Conduct keyword research and keyword rank tracking
- Conduct and arrange website optimisations for improved SEO
- Manage the paid search strategy
- Produce and arrange quality video content that meets the business marketing objectives.
- Implement an advertising strategy with relevant social and other digital platforms
- Produce and arrange written technical content for blogs, social posts, case studies and website articles
- Manage the continuous improvement of the company website including the UI and UX
- Manage external web developments projects and external marketing support
- Monitor and report on key analytics
- Research relevant exhibitions and contribute to their planning and organisation
- Provide reporting on the marketing key performance indicators

**Skills and experience**:

- Extensive experience of marketing technical products in a business-to-business environment
- Experience with a wide range of marketing methods (exhibitions, trade press, SEO, adwords, social media etc.)
- Highly competent computer skills with advanced use of Excel and data handling and presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate an elevated level of written and spoken English
- Experienced in Photo and video editing
- Basic design experience and the use of Design software
- Strong Commercial awareness
- Ideally a relevant higher-level qualification, such as Bachelors’ degree in business or marketing but minimum GCSE level (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Any HTML and relevant web coding language is desirable
