**Role Purpose**:
Join our team and kickstart your career in brand marketing as Own Brand Marketing Executive. You will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our own brand products through your creativity, enthusiasm, and dedication.

**A typical day in this role includes**:
**Marketing Support and Campaigns**
Along with your Marketing Manager, you will develop marketing initiatives to support core Own Brand ranges including Procare, Fruity, Layering Lab and Artiscent. Your role will be to support the coordination of marketing initiatives across internal teams including buying, digital, eCom and marketing
Along with your Marketing Manager, you will support the implementation of tactical own brand marketing initiatives to support the Superdrug customer calendar as aligned with Key OB initiatives
Assist MM and AMM in planning and coordinating promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing events to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Assist in briefing and delivery of new in store POS materials to external agencies as and when required
Assisting with shoot briefs for Own Brand marketing materials to create new creative assets to be used within the wider Superdrug teams

**Social Media**
Responsible for scheduling Social Media Content across own brand channels
Co-ordinate and manage social media competitions for own brand channels
Provide assets for Superdrug main social channels as per requests
Resharing and community management of social channels
Assist OB Team in brief and creation of social media assets
Brief and co-ordinate store social media assets and store competition

**Admin Support**
Ordering and co-ordination of Own Brand samples as requested
Responsible for timely processing of all Own Brand Purchase Orders and keeping the cost sheet up to date.
Assist Marketing Manager and Assistant Marketing Managers by taking on administrative tasks.
Create and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholder and agencies.

**What you’ll need**:
Retail and/or marketing experience an advantage
A degree in a creative / business field would be valuable
You will understand the core principles of social media & social media platforms

**Hours**: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.
