Client & Staff Onboarding Setup
- Client Onboarding: Manage end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring accounts, resources, and systems are set up efficiently and accurately, delivering an outstanding client experience from the outset.
- Staff Onboarding: Coordinate all facets of new hire onboarding, from resource setup and orientation scheduling to first-day preparation, enabling a seamless integration into the team.

Staff Resourcing
- Resource Allocation: Track team availability, skillsets, and workloads to support effective resource planning and ensure the right team members are assigned to the right projects.
- Capacity Management: Maintain up-to-date records of team capacity and work closely with team leads for informed, timely resource allocation decisions.

Office Management
- Supplies & Equipment: Oversee procurement of office supplies and equipment, maintain an inventory, and ensure all team members have the tools they need to work effectively.
- Office Rota & Supplies Coordination: Manage the office rota to balance remote and in-office schedules and coordinate weekly shopping and office supply needs.
- Facilities Oversight: Ensure the office environment is well-organised, clean, and supportive of productivity and collaboration.

HR Administration
- Employee Records & Policy Management: Keep personnel records updated, document 1:1 meetings and ensure all employees are informed of the latest HR policies and practices.
- Culture & Engagement Programs: Drive employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, employee surveys, and cultural programs, to foster a positive workplace.
- Benefits & Recognition: Administer employee benefits, oversee gift and recognition programs, and support a rewarding and motivating environment.

Recruitment

Project Management & OKRs
- Track and manage projects, particularly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), aligning outcomes with business goals.
- Regularly update leadership on project milestones, deadlines, and resource needs to drive project success.

Finance Administration
- Provide occasional support for finance tasks, including generating invoices, basic credit control, and facilitating payroll processes as directed by the finance team.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of finance tasks to support overall financial health and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload and multi-task effectively
- A methodical approach to planning workloads with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks to tight deadlines
- Excellent computer skills including spreadsheet and data management
