Shift Supervisor

As a Shift Supervisor at Miller & Carter - Sunderland, you’ll be on the front line with the team making sure everything runs like clockwork You’ll make sure the team are ready for the shift and our guests are happy. Leading the team and supporting when needed. Dealing with complaints and rectifying any issues. Making sure our service cycle is delivered to every guest. Shift Supervisor Role includes Host - greeting and seating our guests using our service cycle. EXPO- ensuring our guests meals leave the kitchen as ordered to spec and to our standards. Dealing with guests feedback ensuring that every guest feels welcome and leaves happy and a raving fan.

We are a very busy restaurant that serves over 2000 meals a week and are looking for someone with experience in a fast pace restaurant.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- SHIFT SUPERVISOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED Complete new team member job role training using STAR and complete training reviews. Ensure the team complete all appropriate company documentation, due diligence and key tasks every shift. Complete cellar management duties including care of cask ales and line cleaning. Maintain accurate stock control, including ordering, delivery checks and line checks. Keep wastage to a minimum by ensuring the team follow brand standards. Ensure wastage is recorded correctly. Deal with deliveries and report any loss or damages to the General Manager. Responsible for accurate cash management and cash / business security. Complete business opening and closing routines. Complete business admin as required by the manager.
