At Royale Resorts we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality holiday homes in some of the most beautiful locations across the UK. We provide a mixture of short or long breaks, also with the option to own holiday homes to escape to throughout the season.

We are now looking for a Grounds Maintenance Assistant (based at our site Kloofs Caravan Park in Bexhill) to maintain the grounds and surrounding areas in accordance with Royale Resorts standards.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

- To ensure that all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
- To ensure that all equipment is safely maintained and damages reported within 24 hours.
- To ensure that all equipment when not in use, is secure at all times.
- To maintain a tidy, safe and organised grounds/maintenance storage environment
- To maintain excellent relations with residents and staff
- To complete swimming pool maintenance
- Carry out daily and weekly tasks as directed by General Manager
- To ensure all grounds are kept in line within company standards

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Confident polite manner
- Full driving license
- Team player
- Good level of physical fitness
- Experience working on a touring/campsite desirable but not essential
- Experience in a similar role

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week 5 over 7 days from 8am to 5pm.
