Job summary
Wifi is the foundation of the modern home. Without it, nothing works. eero, an Amazon company, is the first company to deliver a whole home WiFi experience using mesh technology, ensuring there isn't a home layout or connected device we can't handle. Fixing connectivity is, however, just the start. We're working on the building blocks of the smart home by designing our own hardware, enabling it with powerful software, and tying it all together in the cloud.

As a category lead you’ll be responsible for driving the eero retail business across the EU4, UK, Australia/NZ (possibly dependent on timezones) and any new countries eero expands to in the future. You will be the single point of contact for eero, working with key Amazon and external stakeholders to create and execute sales and marketing strategies, promotional activities, and deployment strategies. This role will require you to work with both internal and external product, business development, sales, and logistics teams to drive financially viable, high volume programs that provide our retail partners and end users with top-tier business solutions. You will represent your businesses' success with leadership internal and external to eero, working alongside Amazon's account managers, building long-term strategies while executing short term program operations.

**Other responsibilities include**:
Drive the eero retail business towards quarterly revenue, profit, and unit goals, both through existing and new account development.
Lead internal and external business reviews covering strategic initiatives and quarterly progress.
Create initial sales forecasts, determine allocations, and plan shipments for each SKU.
Develop a thorough geo specific understanding of the mesh wifi industry and competitive landscape, including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
Partner with eero finance and product marketing stakeholders to define regional pricing and promotion.
Bridge communication and best practices across domestic and international teams around the world.

Ability to navigate across Amazon and the customer in a trusted advisor/consultative approach; and, establishing credibility quickly with senior level executives across the organizations.
A strong understanding of networking and/or technology as a service (Iaas,SaaS,PaaS) is preferred
