**There is no better time than now to join our team Alloga is an amazing place to work.** **Thanks to our continued growth during a challenging time, we are on the look out for the best talent to help us grow even more** **Job Summary**: To ensure a professional and efficient quality service to all customers, clients and visitors by directing them to the appropriate person or department within the business **Key Responsibilities**: - To provide professional service when dealing with telephone calls or visitors - Answer all calls swiftly and professionally to an agreed company standard - Take, record and pass on messages accurately with sufficient detail and in a timely manner - Maintain a diary of all visitors expected on site to allow entry and ensure that all visitors expected are put into pre-booked section on photo system. - Issue visitors with the correct PPE to enter the warehouse and controlling the return of these items - Prepare all mail to be sent through royal mail on a daily basis - Maintain standards in accordance with the Health & Safety policy - Booking travel and hotel when required using the company credit card - Diary and meeting room management - Sorting and distribution of internal mail for all sites - Dealing with and filing contracts - Managing and ordering the stationary supplies for sites - Any other administrative task requested by the Directors - To ensure that all accidents and near misses are reported immediately to the HS&E Manager - To ensure that all department activity is performed in accordance with company procedures and client instructions - To carry out any reasonable requests as determined by Management **Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required** - Intermediate Numeracy and Literacy - Proven ability to use initiative - Professional telephone manner - Accurate with attention to detail - Good communication skills - Intermediate MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint **Why work with Alloga?** Competitive salary (with our refer a friend scheme you could earn £150 just by joining us and referring 1 friend) Unrivalled opportunities for progression (86% of promotion roles filled with internal talent in 2020) Access to loads of different training programmes from entry to degree level.
