**Overview**:
**Duties**:
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excell
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to computerize documents and perform data entry accurately
- Knowledge of clerical procedures such as typing and phone etiquette
