**About Us**:
Castleview Cars is a successful and growing independent car dealership. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to directly support the Managing Director. This is a crucial role, designed to streamline the MD's workload, manage daily administrative tasks, and free up time for business growth activities.

**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organise incoming and outgoing post
- Draft, edit, and send professional correspondence
- Manage paperwork, filing, and general office organisation for the MD
- Maintain calendars, book appointments, and schedule meetings
- Remind and prepare the MD for key deadlines and activities
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
- Provide general administrative support and help manage day-to-day office matters

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or strong administration background
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, confident, and discreet when handling sensitive information
- Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Positive, can-do attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure

**Experience**:

- Personal Assistant or Senior Administration: 2 years (preferred)

**Licence/Certification**:

- Full UK Driving Licence (required)

**Work Location**:
In person (Windsor, SL4 5LH)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Loyalty bonus
