Account Director – FMCG Packaging Design Berkshire | £45–50K | 4 days on-site + 1 WFH | Start date April Join a small, friendly, well-established, packaging design agency in Berkshire. This award‑winning team of 15 has built long‑standing relationships with much‑loved FMCG brands across food, drink, and household/DIY – and they’re looking for an Account Director who genuinely enjoys being part of a supportive, collaborative studio. Of course, you must be passionate about Packaging Design too What You’ll Do Take ownership of your own FMCG accounts (a real mix of clients across food, drink, and household/DIY) and build strong, honest relationships Guide packaging projects from initial brief through to final delivery Help drive commercial success through reliable, thoughtful account leadership Work closely with a friendly, talented creative team (no line management required) What You MUST Have Packaging design experience – this is absolutely essential Experience working within a packaging‑focused design agency Experience working with big, household consumer brands (food, drinks, cleaning products, DIY – we need to see some on your CV) You’ll also bring: Proven Account Director–level experience (or you may be a Senior Account Manager ready to step up) Solid understanding of FMCG brands and category requirements A calm, organized approach and confidence managing day‑to‑day client needs Be proficient in packaging design language and creative critique, having a strong attention to detail and importantly, being warm and personable Ability to be on-site in Berkshire office four days a week (and yes — parking is paid) If you’re looking for a role where you can feel truly part of a supportive team, build meaningful client partnerships, and work on packaging that reaches millions of shoppers, we’d love to hear from you.
