SRJ Windows are now recruiting an experienced full-time administrator to join our expanding Head Office team. This will be an interesting and varied role supporting several key processes within the business whilst liaising with customers, and SRJ departments.
**Regular tasks will include;**
Checking and processing all windows, doors and conservatory sales contracts.
Creating customer contract files and preparing internal process paperwork.
Effectively dealing with customer enquiries, correspondence, and sales queries.
Maintaining customer and internal records within relevant databases.
Hours : Monday - Friday 9-5
Required experience:
Microsoft Office: 2 years
Office Administration: 2 years
Prior experience of working in a relevant environment and as part of a team is essential
Experience in the Double-Glazing / Home improvement industry is essential
